Virgo and Capricorn take each other seriously from the first week, and the seriousness is a relief on both sides. Neither has to explain why the job comes first. Neither is asked to be more relaxed about a deadline by somebody who has not thought about what the deadline is for. Both find that unusual enough to notice.
