Aquarius arrives at compassion by reasoning: this is what a decent arrangement would look like, so this is what should happen. Pisces arrives at it without any steps at all, and cannot always explain the conclusion.
The two are neighbours at 30 degrees, and a semisextile supplies no shared element and no shared cross — nothing that lets one guess how the other works. Aquarius and Pisces: common questions
They are a gentle and impractical combination that manages when the difference in method is accepted rather than corrected. Nothing structural is shared. What each supplies is real: an absence of judgement from one side, an absence of demands from the other.
Because the response arrives as analysis and Pisces needed presence. Aquarius is engaging fully by the standard of that sign and cannot see why it does not register. Naming what is wanted before speaking, rather than afterwards, works better here than anything else.
